Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC believes that full disclosure is a critical part of mobilizing our Volunteers while at the same time confirming that all have a clear understanding of Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC.

Helpers, Members and Volunteers:
All income earnings are based on individual efforts. How much an individual may or may not earn will vary greatly from person to person. Volunteers may contribute their time, efforts and money and may not earn any money whatsoever. Volunteers may or may not earn enough income to pay for their own product consumption. Volunteers may or may not earn enough income to make Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC a Full Time Career. Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC makes no income representations at all.
A For Profit Entity:
Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC is a “For Profit” Limited Liability Company. This is not a “Not For Profit” entity. Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC is a privately held “For Profit” entity which generates revenues and profits for itself and its Affiliates who then contribute part of these profits created to provide food and meals for those in need. Any and all participation is absolutely “Not Tax Deductible.” Please consult your personal tax professional for more specifics including any and all tax advice.
Food and Nutrition:
The Food and Nutrition provided by Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC is made available through its relationship with other food and nutrition providers, not limited to but including W.H.I.C. International, Inc. which is a leading world wide health and nutrition manufacturer.
Distribution of Food and Meals:
Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC prefers to work closely with networks which are both established and credible. These already established distribution networks provide and serve food and meals already. The Salvation Army and Meals on Wheels are two good (authorized by Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC) organizations that may be worked with to provide the food and meals in areas in the USA and OverSeas . Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC will also be establishing up to 3,000 Community Food Banks across the USA
Automatic Tithing = 90 Servings Consumed = 9 (10%) Meals For The Hungry:
Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC believes in and endorses the power of Tithing. Tithing is simply providing 10% or more of your income to great works and those less fortunate. For every 90 servings consumed by a Volunteer and / or their family, 10% or 9 meals are provided for the Hungry. The Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC system was established with Tithing in mind and "Automatic Tithing" is an automatic part of the Help End Hunger Now,^TM LLC Affiliate Volunteer System.
Percentages To Food and Meals:
Over 67% of All CP (Commissionable Profit) is set aside for food and meals to Help End Hunger Now. This will average approximately and up to $27.00 per 6 can case of product to be used to pay for food and meals. The exact amount will vary on a per meal basis. The expected average per meal cost which includes all shipping and handling of food and meals is set at a $3.00 per meal cost. All meals will be calculated on a cost averaging basis of $3.00 per meal. Therefore; $3,000.00 in meal revenues created by a Volunteer would equal 1,000 meals served ($3,000.00 in revenues divided by $3.00 per meal equals 1,000 meals served). Example: 1,000 six can cases consumed through Affiliate Volunteers would equal up to $27,000.00 in meal and food values (1,000 six can cases x $27.00 per case = $27,000 in meals). $27,000.00 in meals equals 9,000 meals ($27,000.00 divided by $3.00 per meal = 9,000 meals). Using these examples of how to calculate; a Volunteer can calculate how many meals all of their Volunteers are providing through "Automatic Tithing" to Help End Hunger Now. This is not meant as a representation but only for the exclusive purpose of showing how to do calculations.
