Is there a lot of sugar in the Nutrition Products?
The sugar or fructose that is in the products are of the highest pharmaceutical grades and is broken down by the body. The easiest way to explain it is this: It is the equivalent of taking a big bite of an apple and a pear.

What if I am lactose intolerant?
People that are lactose intolerant actually can use our product. In the initial stage of taking the products, you can use such products as LactAid or Milkgest to help with the drinking/eating of the shake/pudding. What is my BMI and how do I calculate it?
BMI stands for Body Mass Index. Anyone with a BMI of over 25 is considered to be overweight according to the American Heart Association.

Here is a formula on how to calculate your BMI

1. Write down your height in inches and multiply that number by itself (square it)
2. Write down your body weight in pounds and multiply that number by 703.
3. Divide the answer to question #2 by your height in inches.

This number is your BMI

Example: 5'7" person at 159 pounds
1. 5'7" = 67" x 67" = 4,489 inches
2. 159 pounds x 703 = 111,777
3. 111,777 divided by 4,489 = 24.9 BMI
