The Nutrition Shake product amazes me. Unlike my older brother, I have not been known as the health buff of the family, but I really don't need to be when it comes to knowing when something is working or not. The very first time I drank my first shake, I felt a real difference in the way I felt within minutes of drinking it. You see, my problem is that it is easier for me to lose weight, than it is to for me to gain. I have a fast metabolism, so I guess that's why I had such a burst of energy and mental clarity from the start. I'm 52 years old, once at 135 lbs. and now at a steady 145 lbs at 5'9", I'm sure now that I am getting the nutrients my body needs. I no longer tend to feel the mid-afternoon fatigue that I used to. I'm not feeling nearly as stress out as before. This product has actually been instrumental in bringing balance back into my life. Actually, it's safe for me to say that I feel as healthy as I did when I was in my 20's. I know that may sound far-fetched to some, and that is too bad. I urge everyone that I know to get on this product, and I would say to anyone who is interested in their own well-being should try these Nutritional Products out for themselves. I'm sure glad that I did.

I recently had back surgery on November 17, 2004. While I was recuperating at home I was introduced to the Nutrition Shake by my sister Linda. Back in August of 2004 she discovered her blood sugar levels had reached 538 and had to go on medication for sugar diabetes. Sugar diabetes, hypoglycemia and high blood pressure runs in our family. Linda could not get her blood sugar levels down much with her prescribed medication and was introduced to the Nutrition Shake through Dr. Vargus' medical practice. She immediately started getting results and is still on the product. Her blood sugar and high blood pressure levels went way down and she was able to get off all of her medication. Linda has currently lost 26 pounds and continues to stay on the shake by using it as a meal replacement for 2 meals a day and eating one nutritional meal per day. Her energy levels have been greatly boosted and she is exercising more and sleeping better than ever before. Just the fact she is saving prescription drug money has been such a financial benefit to her, needless to say, the GREAT health benefits.

This brings us back to my testimony. I started using the Nutrition Shake 3 weeks after my back surgery. At that time it was just to get my energy back after surgery and boost my immune system for the natural healing of my back. To my surprise, I started losing some weight. I have lost about 15 pounds; have more energy than ever before, sleep through the night for the first time in years and able to get off all of my pain medication. I have been digesting my food better and do not have acid reflux, constipation or diarrhea problems anymore. With this product I have a keener sense of taste and smell. I am walking 3 miles per day, which strengthens my back after surgery, taking my 3 Nutrition Shakes plus one meal per day and working full time again. I am still healing but I know my healing time has been drastically cut due to the Nutritional shake and its benefits.

In the past I have been a Shaklee dealer, drank Slim-Fast, gone to Weight Watchers and several other things along the way. I can honestly say this drink satisfies my hunger far longer than any other product I have ever tried. It tastes the best and also mixes the best and is easily taken to work for my midday meal replacement. It has also curbed my cravings for sweet and salty foods which has been a great health benefit within itself. When people ask me how I feel I tell them I feel better than I ever have before due to the Nutrition Shake.

In June of 2003, after having 2 stents put in the main artery of my heart and going through prostate cancer, I decided to take charge of my health and my life. Since then, I have lost over 40 pounds and over 7 inches in my waist. I have reduced my medication by more than half and lowered my cholesterol to the lowest it has been in over 20 years - now down to 160. My blood pressure is 110 over 65 - the lowest it has been in years - and I owe it all to the Nutrition Shake. "Every time that I was on the road or away from home and I missed a meal, I would have eaten whatever I could have gotten my hands on quickly, just to get rid of the hunger."

It's so true. He said I should share that with you. I take it with me everywhere. I was at an appt. yesterday and was starving. Luckily I had some shake mix with me, and there was a drinking fountain in the hallway. Just that fast I was satisfied and had energy. It really saves me with my busy schedule.

Having finished my 5 day Test Program and reflecting on my experience with the shakes my Testimony is as follows:

I am a Type 2 Diabetic on Insulin and have been able to cut my Insulin Dosage in half while using this product. The shakes are easy to mix and have a good taste. I am amazed at the energy provided by one shake because I can work all morning or afternoon without getting hungry or weak. I am looking forward to losing a few pounds by increasing my exercise routine and using
the shakes as a meal replacement. A must try for Diabetics who are trying to get better Glucose Control. You should however work with your Doctor, Endocrinologist, or Certified Nutritionist

I am so grateful for being introduced to the Nutrition Shake and for being curious enough to take the 5 day test. For the past 12 years I've been constantly fatigued and have had severe pain where I just ached all over. I was diagnosed about 5 years ago with Fibro Malaysia and since then I've been on all types of medication with little relief. I've tried so many things these past years to help me feel better including all types of vitamin supplements. The results were so minimal that I resigned to the fact that I would have to learn to live with this condition.

It's been very depressing. Well I have to tell you that the first day on the test was amazing! Not only did I enjoy the added energy but the pain was gone! The "brain fog" that I was experiencing in the afternoons disappeared. I had so much energy that I even decided to help my daughter move into her new apartment.
